• Import shows skipped rows — check GSTIN checksums and date columns; the preview flags each bad row with a reason.
• 3B blocked warning — open 3B Readiness; at-risk invoices need vendor follow-up or IMS acceptance.
• Offline banner — Milaan detected no internet; it reconnects automatically and pings the server before dismissing.
• Fleet job failed — the job retried 3×; the error is shown under Failed jobs. Fix and re-run.
